Our 15-year-old power vent water heater died over the 4th of July weekend. I wasn’t going to make an emergency call so I waited until Tuesday to get some bids. I had wanted to go tankless so I called Tankless Experts as they had some great reviews. Got a call back from one of the co-owners, Curtis right away. Love that this is such a small company that you aren’t just talking to a receptionist and Curtis was able to answer all of my big questions. Jordan came out the same day to do the estimate and made me very comfortable with the project. The real kicker was the estimate was $700 less than another large company and included a whole house filtration system instead of the $2800 water softener the big company was pushing. Jordan and Christian showed up Thursday morning and worked all day and hauled away the old one and left our basement cleaner than it was. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
